Dr. Laura Scarrone Bonhomme
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Laura Scarrone Bonhomme (she/her) is a consultant clinical psychologist, author, and LGBTQI+ advocate. She provides assessment and psychotherapy to transgender and non-binary patients.
Laura is registered with the HCPC, BPS, BAGIS, EPATH, and WPATH, and is recognised as a gender specialist by HM Courts & Tribunals Service. As such, her reports can be used to request Gender Recognition Certificates.
At this stage in her career, she has supported over 800 gender-diverse people and their loved ones through the process of transition. She adopts a person-centred and compassionate approach.
Laura is the co-founder of Affirm, an online training platform dedicated to equipping professionals with the skills to provide gender-affirming care. All of the Creo Gender team receive training from Dr Scarrone as part of their onboarding process.

Mr. Chadwan Al Yaghchi
Gender-affirming Voice Treatments
Mr. Chadwan Al Yaghchi is a leading UK ENT consultant and laryngologist specializing in gender-affirming voice care. He offers pioneering treatments for both voice feminisation and masculinisation.
For feminisation, he performs a modified Wendler Glottoplasty—a minimally invasive surgery that shortens and fuses the vocal cords to raise pitch. For masculinisation, he developed Direct Vocal Fold Testosterone (DVFT) Injections, a unique, non-surgical method where testosterone is injected directly into the vocal folds to deepen the voice.
Based at the London Voice and Swallowing Clinic, Mr. Al Yaghchi is a founding member of the International Association of TransVoice Surgeons and is dedicated to helping transgender and non-binary individuals achieve voices that align with their identities.
