Liposuction
Liposuction is a powerful way to refine your shape and enhance your curves. This technique removes stubborn fat from areas like the abdomen, flanks, back, or thighs – helping to sculpt a more traditionally feminine, hourglass figure.
At CREO Gender, we use advanced liposuction techniques including Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL), Radiofrequency-Assisted Liposuction (BodyTite), Ultrasound-Assisted Liposuction (Vaser) and Plasma and RF-Assisted Liposuction (Renuvion). During your consultation with Dr. Tillo, he will discuss the different options with you and determine which method is best suited to achieving your goals.
Fat Transfer
Fat transfer enhances your natural curves using your own body fat. It’s an effective way to create a softer, more feminine silhouette – especially around the hips, buttocks, or chest.
Fat is gently harvested through liposuction from areas like the abdomen, flanks, or thighs, then purified and strategically injected to sculpt your desired shape. This approach offers subtle, natural-looking results using your body’s own tissue.
Dr. Tillo has pioneered advanced techniques in this area which he regularly demonstrates to fellow surgeons. His approach ensures precision, safety, and the best possible aesthetic outcomes for his patients.
Buttock Implants
Buttock implants, or gluteal implant surgery, creates a traditionally feminine, figure by adding volume and shape to the buttocks through the insertion of medical-grade silicone implants.
As a buttock contouring expert, Dr. Tillo is also able to combine buttock implants with fat transfer to create natural looking results without compromising on volume.

Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation adds volume and shape to the chest, creating a more traditionally feminine upper body. It can be performed using silicone implants, fat transfer, or a combination of both for more tailored results.
Whether done on its own or as part of a broader body feminization plan, this procedure helps enhance curves and bring harmony to your overall silhouette.

FAQs About Body Feminisation Surgery
How much does body feminisation surgery cost?
In general, prices for liposuction vary between £5,700 for one area to £9,900 for five areas.Â
For fat transfer, prices will depend on the number of liposuction areas required to harvest sufficient fat to be transferred. In general, prices range from £8,500 – £12,500 for one area of fat transfer, and between £8,400 – £13,500 for two areas.Â
For buttock implants, prices start from £10,900. Â
What is the recovery process like for body feminisation surgery?
You can expect to experience side effects such as discomfort, bruising and swelling around the liposuction and fat transfer areas, which can be managed with pain relief and lymphatic drainage massages. Side effects should gradually dissipate over the first two weeks of treatment, after which you should feel ready to return to most daily activities. However you should wait six weeks before engaging in more strenuous exercise.Â
For buttock implants, it is normal to experience swelling, soreness and bruising around the buttocks which will dissipate over the first 2-3 weeks, by which time you can resume light activity. However, it is recommended you wait until you are fully recovered before engaging in strenuous exercise, which can take up to 12 weeks.Â
