Dr. Omar Tillo

Harnessing his advanced skills in fat transfer procedures, Dr. Tillo pioneered a safer, state-of-the-art approach to Brazilian Butt Lift surgery, known as Superficial Gluteal Lipofilling (SGL). He has since written the safe practice guidelines for the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), and offers an accredited course in advanced surgical techniques to other members. As well as SGL, Dr. Tillo has also mastered other enhanced body contouring procedures, such as composite breast augmentation that combines fat transfer with implants, maximising  the benefits of both methods. For trans men and non-binary individuals looking to achieve a flat chest profile, Dr Tillo also offers a range of top surgery procedures.

Prior to establishing CREO Clinic, Dr. Tillo worked in some of the busiest hospitals in the NHS and private sector, honing his skills in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has also completed two advanced fellowships in hand surgery and breast reconstruction procedures.

Dr. Tillo is proud to be a member of numerous professional bodies, including the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), the UK Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (UKAAPS), the international Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons (WAGS), and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

He is dedicated to continually advancing his surgical skills to provide the best possible care for his transgender and non-binary patients.
